Do you have a fitting guide?

Who do you ship with?

We currently ship with Royal Mail. 

I like the product, however the fit isn't right, can I exchange?

The answer is yes. All exchanges must be processed within 14 days of receiving your order.

Please use our returns & exchanges portal here to notify of the exchange and get details on how to send your item(s) back to us. 

Items must be returned unused, in their original packaging, with the tags still attached. 

Once your return has been received, it will be inspected by our team. Any items that are considered to be used or damaged will sadly be refused for a refund/exchange with the exception of faulty items. 

Successful exchanges will be shipped to you within 2-4 days.

I have a discount code, how can I use it? 

You can use discount codes across almost all of our ranges, just simply put the code into the selected box at checkout. Exclusions are: Limited Edition products, sale items and bundles.

Do you supply a returns label?

Unfortunately, we don't. Being a small business we do not hold an account with a courier. As we grow as a business, being able to offer a returns label is something we look towards doing. 

What are 'manufacturing seconds' & 'old stock'?

Manufacturing seconds are garments that have been made but have minor faults or are just not quite up to our standards. The manufacturing seconds we are currently holding have the following faults:

- Incorrect sizing 

- No care labels/size pips 

- Visible threading on the woven jacquard

- Other minor faults e.g. wording cut up or not central on the woven jacquard

Old stock simply means we have improved/changed the stock for better and are selling the stock at a discounted price.

Can I return 'manufacturing seconds' or 'old stock'?

Unfortunately, no, we do not accept returns on heavily discounted items such as manufacturing seconds or old stock.

Can I pre-order?

Yes, occasionally we will take pre - orders on items that aren't available to dispatch straight away. 

How long do pre-orders take?

Usually only a couple of weeks but it can vary from product to product. Any questions regarding your order, please email us.

I believe I have received a faulty item(s), what should I do?

Please use our returns & exchanges portal within the 14 day return period if you believe you have received a faulty item from us. Please see more here on our faulty items policy.

What are the wash instructions for my item(s)?

For our cotton bralettes, knickers and boxers, please wash with light colours, at 30 degrees.

Do you ship Worldwide?

Yes, but unfortunately excluding Europe and Ireland due to the GPSR regulations.
